Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is currently available within the continental United States, and every order is dispatched from our home base in East Dundee, Illinois. During high-volume promotional periods, delivery times may run slightly longer than usual.

You can generally expect your order to arrive within three to nine business days from the date it was placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays, so orders placed after Friday will go out on the next business day.

If you would like to send a single order to several addresses, we can split it for you. Simply select the option asking whether you want to ship to more than one address at checkout, which appears just below the gift note option. Once an order is split, each shipment is treated as its own separate order, meaning the $54 free shipping threshold and any promotions such as Buy 2, Get 1 apply to each shipment individually. For instance, if you order three items during a Buy 2, Get 1 promotion and split them across different addresses, the free item no longer applies.

Expedited shipping is also offered, with 1-day, 2-day, and 3-day options available. Prices are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address. The express order cutoff is 12 PM Central Standard Time, and expedited orders placed before that time ship the same business day. Orders received after 12 PM CST on Friday will ship the following Monday, since we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

All orders ship using standard ground shipping through FedEx, UPS, or USPS, and each order can only ship to one address. Orders may be edited for twenty minutes after being placed, but they cannot be canceled or edited after that window. Correct shipping address details are required for prompt delivery, and shipping fees are non-refundable. You can check the status of your order at any time through our tracking portal.
